Our strategy
BAM Decorient operates in the construction market using the technical knowledge and engineering skills of our own staff supported by expertise of BAM operating companies to ensure the realization of projects according to international standards taking into account the Indonesian business environment.

Building long-term relationships with our clients is our main objective. This primarily means understanding the needs and demands of our clients. Solving problems before they actual arise is common practice for the BAM Decorient organisation. We believe that by operating in a professional and systematic way, success can be guaranteed. Success in our opinion means completion of the projects on schedule, within client’s budget and to high quality standards. During the complete process we consider safe working conditions to be a right rather than a privilege. For each project, whether large or small, BAM Decorient guarantees quality, environmental awareness and safety.
