Quality has always been a high priority at BAM Decorient. Our activities in the field of quality management have lead to ever-increasing quality awareness amongst our personnel, thereby ensuring that our clients constantly receive a good quality product and service.

Our quality policy is to clearly define and meet quality requirements and to actively promote continual improvement in all aspects of our business. This policy is put into effect through a formal system of quality management as described in our BAM Decorient Company Management System (FMS). The system complies with the requirements of the international standard quality system ISO 9001 : 2008.
Company Management System (DMS) and the company's primary process
We focus our business on a primary process, which consists of marketing & acquisition, tendering & negotiating, work preparation, work execution and liability & after sales. The process involves all our personnel, either directly or indirectly and is supported by the staff departments or 'centres of expertise'.
Project planning forms a key element in the system. This planning, which is prepared for each specific project, describes in detail how we apply our integrated quality system on the project. These are the links between our general quality system requirements and those specifically required on the project.
