BAM Decorient is a general contracting company involved in major high-rise buildings, marine, infrastructure, industrial as well as ME & I works. To be successful in managing our health, safety and environment responsibilities, we require sound policies, dedicated trained employees, effective organizational structures and a systematic approach. BAM Decorient's Management System (DMS) is a cornerstone of its environment, health - and safety management process.

Managing risk

The nature of BAM Decorient's business involves a wide range of potential construction risks. These risks can be managed successfully if identified and systematically reduced or eliminated. We have seen a significant reduction in construction incidents since the implementation of our SMS in 1992 and believe that commitments to the SMS are most effective.

Safeguarding health

Safeguarding the health of employees and others associated with our construction activities has many aspects. This ranges from developing and monitoring the full compliance to all statutory rules & regulations and client requirements, to avoiding occupational diseases, providing healthy and hygienic working conditions and facilities, and keeping sites completely free from alcohol, drugs and narcotics. 

Ensuring safety

To ensure BAM Decorient’s excellent safety performance, continuous safety trainings are an essential aspect of the company safety policy. These processes of training, upgrading technology and implementing sound practices are our tools helping us to further improve our safety record.
