The Summit Apartments, Kelapa Gading, Jakarta

This elegant apartment building, completed by BAM Decorient Indonesia in 2007, comprises six towers, three of which are interconnected. Underneath the six towers are two levels of underground parking. The development contains 286 contemporary design apartments with two to four apartment units on each of the 24 floors, which are accessed from open-air lobbies.

The scope of work included a reinforced in-situ concrete structure on piled foundations with shear walls, columns and slabs. Precast elements were used for building end walls and staircases.
