The building consists of four stories basement for parking and 32 storeys office space. BAM Decorient is responsible for the structural and architectural work, including façade. Half of the office space will accommodate the headquarters of the pharmaceutical company Tempo Scan.

The 'A' class office tower is situated in the prime business district, the Golden Triangle of Jakarta.
