The project comprised civil, structural and architectural works and landscaping of the new office building and underground parking. Architectural activities included the curtain wall and aluminium composite cladding, plastering, marble floor, wall finishing, ceilings, as well as the installation of sanitary firings.
In the original design the building had 16 floors. During the construction period the client required two more floors.
Recently, as a follow-up to this construction contract, TMT also awarded PT BAM Decorient Indonesia the contract to renovate their existing office building, which is situated next to the new tower.
